I received a call, let it go to VM and when I returned the call after listening to the message, I was transferred to this "officer." Who told me I needed to STOP talking (when I asked questions) and listen to him because he was trying to help me. He told me he didn't need to deal with a "smart ass" and that he was just going to send the arrest warrant to my job and that an officer would be waiting for me when I got off.
