This person, Malcolm Stone called my number and left a message for someone named Kimberly Slate (not me, not my name) and told me I "needs" to call him immediately regarding some "allegations" against me. Something else about not responding to his messages prior to this one (he's crazy, he has never called my number prior to this call.) Then he (stupidly) left this number for me to call him back, which I was more than happy to, I personally could not wait to speak to him, but (fortunately for Mr. Stone,) the number he left doesn't accept incoming calls. Moron. I hope he calls me back. He won't call me again ever again after that, I can assure you. :-)

It's a scam! they call you and all your family members to tell them that you are going to jail if you don't pay an old bill. It's a violation of the FDCPA. REport them to the Federal Trade Commission!
