annoying caller. calls multiple times and leaves no message. wants ssn to "identify" my account.

Caller calls and claims has a pending legal file against me. That is in clear violation of the FDCPA. A creditor should not leave a message about the nature of the call unless has verified they have the correct phone number, and can still only leave their name and phone number. I don't have my name on my voicemail, so they are clearly in violation of the law.
