Cold calling to sell "compatible" ink and toner ?!? to save me money. Really? Cold calling for office supplies? Asks to speak to the one in charge of such supplies then immediateley asks for your name (which they will record for future calls or worse) Their website epboffice-DOT-com doesn't even list any prices and you can not order online. You must call and be given the spiel and order verbally where there is easily a chance of misunderstanding quantity/pricing etc... I wouldn't do it and we do not buy 'compatibles' anyway.
WHO buys office supplies this way? This call today has reminded me of the fax paper scam that existed years ago. So I Googled "toner scam" - interesting reading.
