They will not do anything to you. They are scammers or junk debt collectors that go after debt that has expired through your state's statute of limitations. Give them your home address and tell them you welcome the court documents. You will never see anything. If you try to get their real name and address, they will most likely not give it or lie. These people operate through fear and deception, so fight back with the same thing. Save the Voicemails and document the call on speaker with a witness. There are lawyers out there that can get you $$ and no cost to you if they keep harassing you.

THey called me from a fake number 515-528-7539 leaving a message that I am going to be served court documents, blah, blah, blah. They leave this number to call back 786-245-8990. I called back the 515 number and no answer(big surprise). I guarantee that the 786 number is a ghost number too and untraceable by the authorities. Its a junk debt collector or a scammer trying to intimidate through deception. I called the 786 number and told them I know their are no court documents and I want all the information about their company so I can file my lawsuit. The person hung up on me after verifying my name. Do not give these SCUMBAGS a dime. They will get what's coming to them. These people are no different than someone that holds a gun to your head in a parking lot and steals your wallet.
