Telling me they were going to lower my interest rate when I don't even own a credit card.

I continue getting a recording telling me they can lower my credit card interest. The recording tells you to press 1 to speak to someone or press 2 to be taken off the list. If you press 2 it says it's invalid. I pressed 1 prepared to give them a piece of my mind....they hung up on me almost immediately. Jerks!!
