Everyday, twice a day sometimes, the phone rings, I answer, and not ONCE has a person been on the other end. It disconnects. I called the number and got an option to remove my phone number from the calling list. I continue to receive calls. How can this be legal????

I answered. THey asked to speak with me. They said that I had submited a request to go to school there. I never did such thing and infact I am almost done with my own schooling else where. I then asked if they could repeat what school I supposedly was interested in and she hung up. I tried to call back but it was a machine answer.
