called and stated that we were under investigation for filing a fraudulent tax return. When I said I wasn't willing to cooperate he said they would be sending the police to my home.

Received a call from a man with a thick foreign accent. Caller didn't specifically say he was from the IRS, but indicated that there was a shortage in my taxes and I or my attorney needed to call immediately to take action. He hinted at jail time.
