This person is constantly calling(several times a day) and make threats (I am going to be arrested, they are going to call my job and accuse me of a crime). A close friend is an attorney advised me to tell these people to send me anything they claim I owe (I don't) in writing, so he can investigate because they are in violation of the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
