Claimed to offer debt reduction services; also claimed call was legal despite my number being on the Do Not Call Registry when I informed him that the call violated federal law. Same voice previously called from number that caller ID gave as 718-994-8030. Both numbers displayed only a location rather than a name in Caller ID.
