Robocall saying that a legal action would filed against our name in the local county courthouse and we needed to call the number provided. The caller didn't identify who they were or what the supposed legal action was about.

Two messages left by autovoice on my machine saying a lawsuit was going to be filed against my name in the county court. My name wasn't given, no other details, except to call the number.

Caller said he worked for the IRS Criminal Investigation department. He asked for my attorneys name and number, he also said I had 4 counts of Tax Avaition and I was going to be sued in Washington DC for 72k. He did not ask me for money but did say I was going to be contacted by the police on monday to be detained. Very scary phone call and very convincing. I called my tax guy and he said it was a scam happening all over the country.
