Claimed he had a warrant and if I didn't call back he would contact the attorney and he said, "good luck with that." Ha! As if I'd believe him.

crazy how this number is just calling everyone today. Probably just trying to call a million diff numbers to scam whoever answers and falls for it. Its sad.

Foreign caller using a new york number to call. left a voicemail saying that the only thing he could wish me is good luck in this situation. I guess he thinks he can fool me, but I'm not dumb. When and if you get a call from someone like this, make sure you:
ask them who they are calling for.
Ask what the call is about.
ask them where you are located.
If they can not answer these 3 simple questions, its a scam.
I tried to call back and the number doesn't work. I was going to curse him out.

The guy sounds middle eastern, called my friend who is disabled, and told him he owed $2k to the IRS. He had specifics and threatened to put a freeze on all his assets.

This person is of India dialect. He will say that you have warrants out against you, and that there is no resolution. But if you give them time all the sudden there is one.And it will be in the sum of cash money 1400 dollars worth. So smart American people. Record them and then report them.

Call was a robo caller. Claimed to be Officer Adams with the IRS and either I (no name addressed) or my attorney is to call back, if not , "Good luck with that." English is NOT their first language. Do not fall for this scam.
