Rental housing scammer. Posts false listings on Postlets, Trulia, rentjungle, and Zillow. Uses professional photos and many aliases including William Baiser , William Timothy , Reyna M. Maranez and Patrick Timothy Alder... among others.

Scam is to get security deposits and steal personal information for identity theft. Total scum scammer and owns NO property. Give him your deposit and you'll never see it again. BEWARE!
