Caller ID is "Test Code"
Rings about 3 time and no one ever on line. Call back gets the "phone disconnected" sound. Looking online, folks say it a gas company offering lower energy rates. I, as many others have stated of themselves, am on the Do Not Call Registry.

I am on the "do not call" list, to little effect. At 13:43 on September 3, 2012, the caller from this number asked to speak to the "person in the household who handles the National Grid account." When I asked just why he was so eager to speak to that person, the caller said his name was "John" and tried to launch into a spiel which I interrupted by saying I had no interest in his scam. He was insisting there was no scam when I hung up on the SOB.
