Person calls my cell phone twice every night at 8:15pm and then when I call back a recording says it can't receive incoming calls. Then they tracked my cell phone and one night at 12:20 am called my home twice and were sitting out front. I shut the lights out and saw a white vehicle take off. I have this caller monitored right now. It stopped after I said I was having him monitored for three weeks, but I got the double call at 12:20 am again tonight.. Police are waiting for this guy. It's only a matter of time... sicko!
