I keep getting calls from this person trying to find another individual who gave my name as a reference. This person now says I am liable for some sort of fraud committed by the other individual because he gave me as a reference. I have indicated I don't know where the individual is and have no way to contact them. In addition, I am not responsible for their debt whatever it may be. They call all the time and I have repeatedly asked them to stop but they keep calling
