Yes, I got a call from these scammers. When I pressed for information....DETAILS...they get nasty and hang up. They say vague things like, you have to be in court in CA in 3 days, or "the charge off date is before November of 20xx" I told him I wanted a DATE to verify when the funds were supposedly put into my account. Then he got nasty and hung up again. So, I called them back....and called them back...and called them back. By the time I was done, they answered the phone and said "don't call this number anymore." Awwww, the poor scammers were tired of reverse harassment. So I redialed for another hour (just to be sure they got my point).
A couple of times they answered and said some pretty rude things like "go f##k someone and earn some money." The rest of the time they either picked up and hung up or let it go to a voicemail that couldn't accept messages.
Redial is a wonderful thing!
But, they stopped calling!

Caller said I was being sued for 3 counts of fraud. That I had taken out a PayDay loan which was unpaid. I have taken these out in the past but they are all paid. Caller had last 4 of my social and my work place. I feel deep down this is a scam. He said I needed to pay $400 tomorrow and balance on 9.3 or papers would be served at my place of employment or I could be arrested. He wouldn't tell me what the company was that claimed I had an unpaid loan.

These people are scammers and not legitimate AT ALL!
