I received a call from this number today at approximately 3:00 pm. It was a recorded message from Rayne Environmental LLC of Fredericksburg, VA, and they are soliciting households for water testing. I filed a complaint with the FTC for violating the Do Not Call Registry, and I suggest that everyone else who receives a call from this company do the same. The recording says that there is no charge for the testing, but it is still a telemarketing call and is still a violation of the DNC Registry. By the way, for anyone who might be considering accepting the offer of free water testing, I found no website or anything else online that verifies the validity of this company, so there is always the possibility that it is nothing more than a ruse to gain access to your home.
