Rcv'd the call @ 12:55pm PDT. Answered, thinking it was family traveling. No response, only a few clicks, then the call term'd. I rang back assuming bad connection. Rang once, then recorded male voice answered w/ "The number you have dialed is unallocated." Not sure what that meant, I rang again and the same situation repeated. Caller ID claims # is out of Lostine, Oregon.
