what is the purpose of being on the DO NOT CALL LIST, when scammers like this repeat caller (who never leaves a message) harasses me without punishment? i wish a special task force could be assigned to track down and punish these individuals, companies, etc.! instead of getting better, the sheer volume of these scam calls proves that American's right to privacy is a past memory. i am fed up with these people not being punished to the fullest extent of the law since these events have risen to an unbearable level of harassment.

Called me at 5:00 am I didn't answer because I didn't recognize number. Number was not valid when checked with several reverse number systems
