Liberty Medical Response Inc. and Durable Medical Equipment & Medical Supplies, 8883 Liberty Lane Suite 150, Port St Lucie, FL 34952 are registered in Florida. The CEO of the company is Keith Jones and his listed phone number is (772) 398-5800. Give him a call to complain or contact the Florida Consumer Protection Services via the Florida Attorney General offices. This company pretends you were referred to them by your doctor. They try to get you to give them your name and address then will send you diabetic supplies and try to collect money from you for 20x the retail price.
