An unwanted call from this Los Alamitos VOIP number was received in violation of the Do Not Call law. When the answering machine picked up, the caller instantly disconnected, producing a dial tone. Robocallers (unlawful telemarketers) are not deterred, but simply phone again at a later time. Predators like this one are the reason you should LET YOUR ANSWERING MACHINE TAKE THEIR PATHETIC CALLS.
