Very nasty. Called my work and told me I had one hour to pay them $2200 or they would call HR to have my wages garnished! Old card they bought from Citibank.

called claiming i had an outstanding debt from JC Penneys that they bought. I have closed and paid the account at least 8-9 yrs ago. when i asked for documentation showing this , they got very nasty and said they didnt have to show me anything. i spoke to this person very calmly and she just got very nasty and listened to nothing i said or asked. another person from the "business" called to see when i would be paying since Diane was in court. she too also got very nasty. i feel this is just a scam

Says they are with Berk Adelman Associates (fake company). Very aggressive and claiming false collections attempts. Called them back several times, they got irritated and kept hanging up on me.

A lying, thieving, cold blooded scammer and low life. Her name is CHRISTINA ROSALIE. She's 33 and lives in NY. I'd advise you to file a report against her with the FTC, FBI and your state's attorney general. Much luck!
