Very rude, accused me of "stealing from the handicapped", when I asked to speak to a supervisor she refuse, hung up on me. When I called back the same woman answered but called herself Samantha. Never ordered ANYTHING, never received ANYTHING...was suspicious when she said I ordered it in 2011. Scammer!!!
