Automated message said something about the letter may have you've received or will be receiving about higher interest rates on your credit card and to avoid it press 9. I pressed 9 they identified themselves as noted above. Told them that it sounded like a solicitation to me and he said something to the effect, oh it sounds like a solicitation to you, well just keep your higher credit card interest rate, and hung up. I'm being generous to classify as telemarketer, could just as easily be a scam.
