Same exact man called me and left a message as David White and when I called back man with exact voice said his name was Max and was looking for my Dad... no clue why he would call MY cell phone - Sounds very sketchy and very much like a scam.

I keep getting the same call saying there is a lawsuit against me from the irs. He calls me about 6 times a day.

Had the exact same thing happen to me. Foreign person, hard to understand. He said he was from the IRS and if I didn't resolve an issue which I was not aware of that they would put a lein on my house and freese my accounts. He also said if I would hang up there is nothing he could do.. I hung up and called my CPA

Said he was calling about a lawsuit against me by the IRS. Said to call his hotline and he left the same number that was also his caller id. He said if I didn't call back all he could say was good luck to you. It sounded threatening. I'm sure it was a scam. I called back and got a fast busy signal.

FEW WEEKS AGO I IGNORED this # so when I did answer, he says he from I.R.S. and says there's a lawsuit against me, & the F.B.I. is going to arrest me if I don't pay him $100.00 that day for taxes. I explained to him I was born with Congenital Deformities, I have never been able to work he starts yelling at me to call my mother & say I need $100.00 for my personal use he insist that he has to stay on the line while I call my mother !! I yelled back No! I hung up then since then I have been getting all these calls from Florida, Maryland!! Why?
