After about 50 empty messages left on my voicemail, received a live call this Saturday at 9.01 am, telling me he was scheduling delivery of my medicalert system. Caller was rude and had an attitude...cannot tell you how much fun I had laying down the receiver, walking away, and enjoying my morning coffee!
