Shopnbc - evidently when your cc no is changed because the number has been compromised by hacks into their cc database, you are called for one value pay at a time. You beg for a bill and if you are lucky enough to get one, You pay the bill and keep getting additional HARRASSING calls saying you owe more.This is one of the many many calls from shopnbc. They keep trying to get more value pays out of you. THEY SAY THEY CANNOT SEND YOU A STATEMENT AND WANT YOU TO JUST GIVE THEM A CREDIT CARD NUMBER OVER THE PHONE. IF I OWE YOU MONEY, SEND ME A BILL / STATEMENT for total amount. I DO NOT TRUST their INCOMPETENTENCE!!!  Their HARRASSING calls and low quality products will put this company out of business. What kind of company runs their business like this? Are they going bankrupt to treat customers like this?

If you're getting calls from this number, the credit card you used to make a "Value Pay" with ShopNBC.com was rejected. A Value Pay is when you split up a charge into multiple months. They charge the same portion of your total until it's paid off. Just call them back and update your card info.
