Said he was calling from IRS because tax fraud case against my name, a legal petition against me and to call them back. I still have the message but the phone number is now disconnected.

Guy claimed to be an IRS officer. He said a tax fraud issue was about to go to court and to call him at this number. He had an indian accent.
