Man from India trying to get approval to send email. Had my name, address, phone, and email. I told him it was illegal to call, per the DO NOT CALL LIST. He claimed he was only trying to get my approval to send Email. He refused his company's address or phone, and to "look on the id". The number was spoofed as NAME UNAVAILABLE, 576-388-8229. I reported it to the FCC as a violation. He said he couldn't give his address due to "security". Report all violations to the FCC.
