This is some guy living in Pavilion, NY (I know from doing a reverse look-up.) When he calls, no matter how many times it rings, he hangs up (or the computer does.) If you call back, it gives you a 1-800 number and says it is a marketing research company and *get this* they don't have to abide by the do-not-call list! They don't give you a company name nor do they offer any way to leave a message..they just keep calling! If you put the number in your contacts, you should be able to block it, which I did - happily
