They called looking for my daughter, wanting her phone number and intimating that she was going to be served a subpoena on Monday if she did not call - they gave me a case # but when I asked if it was criminal or civil she said it was "allegation" which triggered a red flag for me.

I did not give them her number and when I googled the number on caller id I find that they are scammers.
