THIS IS A SCAM!!! I received a garbled voicemail. I called the number back and a man answered "? LLC law firm". He verified my name, then immediately started reading me a list of 'legal charges' being filed against me. He said that a company called 'CashNet' had deposited money into my bank account ( he HAD the name of my BANK and my email address but nothing else) and never recovered repayment of the 'loan'. He told me that I faced loss of my job, $5000 fines and jail time. After he asked me what I wanted to do to deal with this. I told him CashNet had NEVER deposited money into my account and that I wanted proof-of-debt sent to me via US Postal Service certified mail. He hung up on me. DO NOT EVER send money to these people! If they won't send you proof-of-debt via the US Postal Service it is a SCAM!!
