Getting a call from the phone number 585-697-3465. Tried to call them back busy signal than when i do get through i get a recording that says this call cannot be completed as dialed.

Claiming to be the IRS and threatening to have an officer come to my door. Should i be worried?

1/4/14. South Asian, i.e., Indian or Pakistani accent. Claimed to be with the IRS calling about certain "issues" with my tax liability. I told him it was a scam and hung up. He tried again, this time said "this is not a marketing call, it's a legal call." Tried again, I did not pick up. Had tried 1/3/14 p.m.; I picked up but, when no one was there, I hung up.
