I specifically asked to be taken off their list, and the rep asked me, "What list?> I told him, "This is a business in Pennsylvania, and if you call us again, you will be breaking state telemarketing law, as in our state, a telemarketer must remove the number from the list and stop calling at the FIRST request.
I redialed the CID number, and it's just an endless loop of music and a prompt to push 1 to speak to marketing. Pushing 1 only gets you back to the main greeting recording after waiting about 1 minute.

Call starts with "Can I speak to the owner?" I asked, "Owner of what?" Caller states, "[business name]." I ask, "So this is a business call?" Caller said, "Yes." I said, "This has never been a business number in over 40 years. I'm really tired of you companies who don't honor or even CHECK the do not call lists." Caller states, "I'm sorry." and hangs up. No offer to remove. No mention of company name.
