I too got calls on the 23rd claiming to be "Sam Anderson" attorney with files being charged against me. Wouldn't give company name ext American...wanted me to settle out of court for $1485 using a greendot money pac. He even called my work...very harrassing...I reported it to my state FBI, attorney general, and local police dept. These crooks need to be caught!!!!!

Whoever this is, is claiming to be an attorney, won't give the name and is claiming charges are being filed against me. Why would someone in New Jersey be calling me with a thick accent saying charges are filed against me when I live in Georgia and have never been to New Jersey. I kept hanging up but he would keep calling back.
