Called at 7:50 a.m. to tell me nothing wrong with my credit card but press 1 to have my rate reduced. So, I have no credit cards but I do have a temper so I pressed 1 to express my annoyance and tell them to remove my number immediately. No one ever got on the line after several minutes on hold. Instead I am having phone dialing the number that placed the call. Of course no one answered but I let it ring forever until they disconnected the call. I will continue to call it (it is busy now as I try) so they can become as aggravated as they made me.
