I had posted on Craig's list for apartment wanted in North Bay, California. This phone number responded with texts with 3 different addresses that just seemed 'wrong'. When tried to reach by phone, had communication problems, seemed like I couldn't hear him or he couldn't hear me. Also seems strange that they are in New Jersey and I'm in California. They are still texting me right now. Just getting weird vibes.

Had the same experience. Posted for an apartment on CL. This number responded by text messages. Couldn't talk by phone. 3 different Addresses. One was Extended Stay America. Figured he is a scammer, BEWARE
