"Police news" calling to speak to the owner. Fake local number shows on call display (there are no numbers beginning with 1 in most area codes) and rings with long distance tone.
Just like the "arena news" and "firefighter newsletter", these all want to sell overpriced ads in some self-published low circulation mag no one has ever seen or heard of. Smells like a scam to me when you are hiding your contact info using fake numbers.
