Didn't get as far as listening to the sales pitch. The pause after my hello which indicates it was a robodialer waiting for someone to pick up. Then when the guy [with foreign accent] did get on the line, call center noise in the background. I have 1 guess, since it was supposedly a local-to-me call ... air duct cleaning.
