This person called saying if I didnt pay a large amount I would be charged with theft by deception and bankwire fraud. I called my bank and my local pd and filed a report. They then called me two days later (8/15) and stated they were taking me to court.

Received papers. No name given for who. If they do not hear from me or my lawyer today. They will assume waived rights and proceed with Court. I don't ever call them back. Have been getting calls from several different #'s same threat. Yet nothing in the mail. They are threatening and harassing phone calls.
