They told me my "file" would be turned over to a Sheriff that would arrest me tomorrow morning at work for a loan that I did not pay off. I asked how he got my work number. He told me that I provided it on my loan application. That's funny because I just started this job and have not used this number for anything. (that bothers me) I called him a motherfucker and then he started slinging profanities at me like crazy. He actually told me that "God would fuck me". Apparently I am to wait and see what happens in the next 24 hours. Once you let these people know that you are aware of your rights, they generally back off. By the way, White Pages reverse phone look up labels this number as being associated with scammers.

This is a scam. They said they were calling from a law firm in Nashville, TN. When I googled the law firm and called them directly, they said they did not know anything about the phone call I recieved nor did the real law firm know the number the scammer was using.
