Got the same call as Frank & the guy even try 2 threaten me so I called the local sheriffs department & they told me it was all a scam. Blow them off if u geta call from this number & call the sheriffs

Caller stated he had a civil arrest warrant in my name, address, DOB, SS, Banking Information and that I had taken out a loan unknown amount with (US Cash) and failed to make any payments on the loan and that all attempts to contact me via e-mail have failed and that the company has decided to proceed with legal actions against me with 3 felony charges. He also said I would be arrested in the next 48-72 hours and that my employer was being notified. When I challenged him on the facts of this matter he became very upset, I told him I worked in Law Enforcement and would be more then happy to meet with him and his Law Firm. He then said their office was located in Nashville TN, but declined my invitation to meet with him nor would he give a civil court case number and which court is handling the case.
