They totally violated the FDCPA laws and they need to be fined and brought to court. This is their way to lure people into calling back to collect on a debt and they have totally gone about it the wrong way. They have clearly violated the
FDCPA laws in my state.

Trying to obtain information or threaten you into paying money for some unknown debt. Don't answer any questions or don't even answer their calls. There is no summons against you and if there was, the Sheriff would show up at your house and issue the Summons. They would not call to find out when you are going to be home, LOL, Look up the "John Spencer" Scam. These are the same people.....SCAMMERS

The call was automated and had a live person. It stated my name and the gave me a case number that I needed to use when I call back. Itr said I was involved in Fradulent activity. It scares me that I don't even know what the hell this call was about!
