Do NOT answer. Caller ID only shows the number and "Quincy,MA." This is Robo call spam that will call you again and again and again.. The voice from the auto-dialer leaves a message for a bogus "US renewable energy program" that promises to "stop the 14 percent electricity rate increase."

Electricity bill scam
OK so it's a cold call from a telemarketer- that's illegal.
#2, they don't state their name - that's illegal.
#3 they have an option to "be removed from their list" but as with spam emails, I avoid that route, because no doubt they'll sell on my "now live" number to another telemarketer.
Now I ask myself, even if I were interested in what they have to offer, why would I ever do business with a company that has illegal practices?
