 --  Scam appears to be set up to change business name to avoid bad reputation earned when operator(s) skip out on debt supposedly taken over from debtors, leaving original debtors stuck with the original debt.

Not answered, no answering machine message left; however, web research indicates this nr. related to Court Mediation Services (CMS), which offers debt relief services. Many complaints about this company and Better Business Bureau (BBB) gives is an "F" grade, not because they have evaluated but in response to high volume of calls and inquiries for this company.
