The caller claimed his name was Brian Moran. Tried to con my grandfather claiming he was from Microsoft and giving away Microsoft Windows 10. Though his statement is true, Microsoft will never contact you by phone. My grandfather has some dimensia and we are still trying to figure out what information my grandfather gave him. My grandmother states they took control of his computer. AVOID!
