Up front fee mortgage mod scammer. New Horizon Fin. says their office is at 1010 Wilshire Blvd. in CA, but the building owner says they haven't been there in 7-8 months since they were evicted. Other addy 3162 Chico Ave. in El Monte, CA was a vacant house (foreclosure) never owned by this person. Yet another addy was 5335 Temple City Blvd. which is another empty home on the market. Gross violator of the Do Not Call List.
