I got same call today Trying to scare me saying the police are going arrest me at 4pm today.This is a scam

This number called me today and told me that i would be arrested and they even had my job name but couldnt give me any information on what was going on so this is a total scam if they call back tell them ur going to report them and they shud leave you alone...

Trying to scam G/F with bogus claims that she owes unpaid debt to a payday advance company.... they threaten you will be served and/or arrested by local police or local sheriff if you do not contact them and/or your attorney. They speak poor English and REFUSE to provide any proof of this bogus transaction. They claim only that the police will magically show up at your workplace and home.

I just got a call from this number as well threatening me with a bogus lawsuit! When I tried returning the call, a machine answered "Welcome" and the call was dropped! How can this be stopped???
