They are sending text messages claiming they are offering pre-approved credit, home warranty, etc. Be careful of all offers in text message format, especially if they try to send you to tinyurl.com/???????? "tinyurl" is a mask for another website name so you don't really know where you are going. The better anti-virus programs and apps won't let you open these links but most will so please don't just depend on those. Just trying to help keep you guys safe. Good Luck!
